Lighting Trend: WABI SABI
Wabi Sabi style lighting, this trend has arisen from the ancient Japanese aesthetic Wabi Sabi, where imperfection or characteristics of materials are viewed as art forms. Todays Wabi Sabi is essentially weathered, tarnished, simple forms that seem to speak of treasured soulful fixtures. Materials are so thoughtfully selected from a range of clay, stone, wood and metals that are perfectly imperfect. Not to be confused with a Japandi interior style trend, Wabi Sabi has more depth and personality.
